In addition to its head office, located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Fundación INECO has a headquarter in Rosario.

That headquarter was founded with the INECO arrival at the city of Santa Fe, in alliance with another major local health institution: Grupo Oroño. From this joint effort comes a comprehensive service qualified to provide the most advanced and innovative interdisciplinary care: Oroño INECO Neurosciences. From this initiative, the Rosario INECO Foundation would later come into existence.
